Job Summary
Conduct behaviour support interventions for participants across Victoria, NSW, SA, and WA while maintaining participant wellbeing at the centre. Deliver Positive Behaviour Support in alignment with NDIS requirements and collaborate with peers within a supportive, collaborative culture. Engage in structured supervision and utilize provided admin and systems support to focus on practice. Submit a one-page cover letter addressing key selection criteria by Sunday, 9 August, and obtain current WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening clearance alongside a driver's licence.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications/experience in disability, psychology, counselling, social work, or related fields
- Strong understanding (or developing knowledge) of Positive Behaviour Support and NDIS requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Current WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain)
- Driver's licence
