Job Summary
Conduct behaviour support services for participants across Victoria, NSW, SA, and WA while maintaining NDIS registration or progressing toward it. Deliver Positive Behaviour Support interventions grounded in current NDIS requirements and collaborate with peers in a structured supervision environment. Build strong relationships with participants and families through effective communication, ensuring participant wellbeing remains central to daily practice. Submit a cover letter addressing key selection criteria before the August 9 deadline.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications/experience in disability, psychology, counselling, social work, or related fields
- Strong understanding (or developing knowledge) of Positive Behaviour Support and NDIS requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Current WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain)
- Driver's licence
