Job Summary
Support NDIS participants, families, and carers by conducting assessments and developing evidence-based support plans within complex environments. Drive meaningful goals using a positive behaviour support framework to eliminate restrictive practices while ensuring plans reflect individual strengths and priorities. Build the capability of those supporting participants through collaborative work with a multidisciplinary team, including mentoring less experienced practitioners. This role requires NDIS registration, tertiary qualifications, and a current driver's license. Required Qualifications
- NDIS Registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
