Job Summary
Support NDIS participants across varied caseloads in homes, clinics, and community settings within the Penrith team. Build long-term relationships with clients while managing referrals and outcomes under the guidance of an experienced intake and clinical leadership group. Receive dedicated 1:1 and monthly group supervision alongside multidisciplinary case support. Maintain a valid driver's license and personal vehicle for travel. Requires PBS registration, 3-4 years post-grad experience, and relevant background qualifications in Psychology or Social Work.
