Behaviour Specialist

Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, measure child performance, and gather data to create behavioral definitions and Individualized Service Plans. Directly observe behaviors, collaborate with Behavioural Analysts to develop Applied Behavioural Analysis intervention programs, and provide treatment planning direction for client and family wellness. Respond to crisis situations, train caregivers and staff on data gathering and intervention implementation, and monitor program adaptation based on progress reviews. Ensure all interventions align with cultural teachings and industry best practices while maintaining regular contact with families and team members. This full-time role reports to the Clinical Supervisor and requires a valid Class 5 driver's license, travel, and completion of criminal and child abuse registry checks.
