Job Summary

Provide dedicated 2:1 support to pupils throughout the school day, helping learners engage in education, build confidence, and develop independence. Use agreed strategies to support emotional regulation and behaviour while maintaining a calm, structured, and predictable environment. Assist with transitions between activities and provide personal care where required with dignity and respect. Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored support in a safe, positive learning environment. This role involves supporting learners who may experience challenges with communication and require consistent, structured, and sometimes intensive support.
