Job Summary
Behaviorist/BCBA opportunity in a school setting at Laradon School (Denver, CO) overseeing behavioral services for students, developing and training on Behavior Intervention Plans and Crisis Intervention Plans, collecting data, conducting IEP-related reporting, managing a caseload, implementing skill acquisition plans, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals. Requires BCBA or eligible for certification within six months, Master’s degree in behavior science, and at least three years of experience with adolescents/young adults exhibiting challenging behaviors. On-site role with comprehensive benefits and a sign-on bonus; 8am–4pm, Monday–Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in behavior science
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst or ability to obtain certification within six months
- At least three years of experience with adolescence and young adults with self-injurious behaviors and other aggression
- Therapeutic experience preferable
- Valid driving license (preferred)
- Physical ability to perform duties as described
