Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community-based locations, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Record session data accurately using electronic devices and collaborate with a robust clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans. Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families. This role starts part-time and offers paid training, fellowship/internship opportunities to accumulate hours, and referral bonuses. Ideal for those new to the field or seeking flexible schedules, with a commitment of six months. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RBT certification is required before working
