Job Summary
Under the supervision of a BCBA, implement 1:1 behavioral therapy and behavior intervention plans, write objective session, behavior, and parent communication notes, ensure HIPAA compliance, track BCBA supervision hours and maintain RBT certification, and adhere to the BACB Ethical Compliance Code. Responsibilities include teaching and modeling functional play, following intervention and treatment plans, attending monthly staff meetings, and other duties as assigned. Preferred experience with adults and children with developmental disabilities. Requires a High School Diploma, proficient MS Office skills, ability to document precisely, strong communication, CPR/First Aid training, reliable transportation, and completion of the RBT Certification Exam within 60 days of hire. Pay starts at $20/hour with a rise to $21/hour after one year, plus evening/weekend shift differential of $2/hour. Required Qualifications
