Job Summary
Under the direction of the BCBA, implement 1:1 behavioral therapy and behavior intervention plans, document session notes and parent communications, and maintain RBT certification. Responsibilities include adhering to HIPAA policies, tracking supervision hours, following the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code, attending mandatory staff meetings, teaching and modeling functional play, and executing treatment plans as written. Requires High School Diploma, strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, precise documentation, reliable transportation, and passing the RBT Certification Exam within 60 days of hire; CPR/First Aid training required. Eligible for paid training to become a certified RBT with potential bonuses tied to milestones.
