Job Summary
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism. Accurately collect and record data on client progress and behavior while collaborating with your supervising BCBA to refine intervention strategies. Create and maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment during sessions, communicating effectively with families to ensure consistency and progress. Follow ethical standards and comply with all relevant regulations. Full-time and part-time positions available with competitive pay, health, dental, and vision insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or currently enrolled in college courses
- Experience working with children with Autism or developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
- Reliable transportation
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others
