Job Summary
Part-time Behavioral Therapist position in the Greater Westford area serving children with autism through Mass Pediatric ABA. Provide direct behavioral services in clients’ homes, run individualized programs using Behavior Analysis, and collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement treatment plans. Responsibilities include writing daily session notes and data collection with tools such as Google Docs or behavioral software, maintaining client confidentiality, and pursuing ongoing ABA knowledge through workshops and BHCOE resources. Opportunities include paid 40-hour RBT training, sign-on bonus after 3 months, potential supervision hours for BCBA candidates, and a clear path for professional development within a collaborative team. Requires flexibility to work weekday afternoons/evenings and access to reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- A high school and/or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (psychology, education, etc)
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents, in any capacity, for at least 1 year
- Pass a CORI and Federal background check
- Strong communication skills
- Competent computer skills
- Access to reliable transportation
- Availability to work 10-20 hours per week
