Job Summary
Provide diagnostic assessments, therapy, and counseling support for a mixed caseload, assisting with treatment plan development and conducting individual family assessments. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, attending psychiatrists, and the medical director to refine plans of care. Document interventions, manage referrals to outside resources, and report to the Director of Social Services. Requires current BLS certification and crisis management certification per hospital policy. Candidates must hold a Master's in Social Work with independent licensure in LICSW, LMFT, or LPC. Required Qualifications
- Master's in Social Work
- independent licensure in LICSW or LMFT with supervision ability preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Crisis management certification per hospital policy and standards
- State-licensed required in the state in which facility resides
- 2-3 years of experience in diagnostic assessment and therapy services
