Job Summary
Join our team as a Behavioral Therapist (BT) where you will implement behavior support plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD. In this role, you'll collect data on behavior, conduct discrete trials, and participate in regular supervision meetings with your BCBA. The position requires a minimum of 3 months of ABA experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication skills. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 months' ABA experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 pounds and engage in active play with children
Desired Qualifications
- Active RBT certification (Not required but is a plus)
- Dependability, consistency, positive attitude and reliability
