Job Summary
Implement one-on-one behavioral plans in client homes alongside Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Collect data to monitor treatment progress and report findings while supporting families in implementing individualized strategies. Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and supervisors while physically keeping pace with children during sessions requiring standing, lifting, and movement. Work fixed Monday-Friday 3pm-7pm shifts at $20-$30 per hour. Comprehensive training is provided for those with no prior experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and document information accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to stay organized and adapt to changing schedules or priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children
- Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs
- Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities
