Behavioral Technician - Willing to Train

Job Summary
Implement one-on-one behavioral treatment plans in client homes while collecting data to monitor progress and report outcomes. Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts by training families on individualized strategies and maintaining clear communication lines with supervisors and parents. Physically keep pace with children ages 2-15, performing activities including standing, running, squatting, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Work fixed Monday-Friday shifts from 3pm-7pm, with some weekend coverage, in a fast-paced environment requiring reliable transportation and HIPAA-compliant confidentiality. Paid training is provided to ensure confidence in executing treatment plans.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and document information accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to stay organized and adapt to changing schedules or priorities
- Fixed schedule Monday-Friday 3pm-7pm, some including weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children
- Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs
- Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities
