Job Summary
Implement one-on-one behavioral treatment plans in client homes under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes while supporting BCBA staff in training families on plan implementation. Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and supervisors while physically keeping pace with children ages 2-15, including activities such as standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and running. Be responsive to client needs and adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Comprehensive training is provided for those without prior experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and document information accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to stay organized and adapt to changing schedules or priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children preferred
- Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs preferred
- Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided
