Behavioral Technician - Willing to Train

Job Summary
Implement one-on-one behavioral treatment plans in client homes alongside Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Collect data to monitor individualized treatment progress and report outcomes to supervisors. Support families by training them on implementing specific behavioral strategies and maintain clear communication lines with clients, parents, and the treatment team. Physically keep pace with children ages 2–15, requiring activities such as standing, bending, lifting up to 25 pounds, and running. Work fixed Monday-Friday shifts from 3pm to 7pm, with some weekend coverage, earning $20–30 per hour. Comprehensive training is provided to ensure confidence in executing treatment plans.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and document information accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to stay organized and adapt to changing schedules or priorities
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children
- Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs
- Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities
