Behavioral Technician - Willing to Train

Job Summary
Implement one-on-one behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts in client homes while collecting data to monitor treatment progress. Support BCBA with training families on individualized treatment plans and maintain clear communication lines with clients, supervisors, and other parties. Physically keep pace with children ages 2-15, performing activities such as standing, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squatting, and kneeling. Work fixed Monday-Friday shifts from 3pm-7pm, with some weekends included, at a competitive rate of $20-$30 per hour. Comprehensive training is provided for those willing to learn, with a focus on impacting the lives of families and children on the autism spectrum.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and document information accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to stay organized and adapt to changing schedules or priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children
- Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs
- Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities
