Behavioral Technician (Somerset County, NJ) - $300 Sign-on Bonus

Behavioral Technician providing non-physical, emotional, and behavioral support to children with developmental and intellectual disabilities in-home, in-community, and in-center settings. Roles include implementing Individual Support Plans, conducting ADLs assessments, using redirection and de-escalation strategies, documenting visit notes, and participating in case reviews and trainings. The position supports clients through active listening, empathy, and engagement, with evening 2–4 hour shifts and typically 5–20 hours per week; NJ CSOC Certification within 6 months and pursuit of RBT certification within 6 months are required, along with a valid NJ driver’s license, background checks, and compliance with agency protocols.
