Job Summary
Support residents in building life skills, routines, and social behaviors while ensuring their safety and well-being in a residential or community setting. Assist with rehabilitation and behavior support programs, monitor and document changes in behavior or physical condition, and provide basic care such as taking vital signs. Administer medication once certified as a Level 1 Medication Aide and transport clients to appointments and community activities, requiring a valid unrestricted driver's license. Maintain a clean, safe environment and participate in emergency response procedures. Complete documentation accurately and on time. This PRN/As Needed role offers experience in behavioral health for those seeking to help adults live more independently.
Required Qualifications
- High School/GED
- At least one (1) year of work experience or self-employment
- A valid unrestricted driver's license at the time of hire with the ability to obtain and maintain a class E MO driver's license by the end of 60-day introductory period
- Basic computer skills
- Prior experience as a CNA or CMA
