Job Summary
Behavioral Technician role in LTSS with Monarch. Responsibilities include providing safe, rights-respecting care in a therapeutic environment; crisis intervention; taking vital signs; observing and supporting individuals; managing supplies; implementing treatment plans; coordinating with families and the treatment team; promoting independence and daily living skills; documenting reports; adhering to policies and training; and occasional driving/travel as required. Requires a High School Diploma, valid Driver's License, and experience with children/adolescents with IDD and/or mental health needs (1 year experience not required).
