Job Summary
Provide 1:1 in-home ABA behavior support to children and teens with Autism or developmental disabilities under BCBA supervision; implement personalized behavior plans, collect data, support skill development, and empower families through training and compassion. Part-time role with flexible afternoon, evening, or weekend hours. Mileage reimbursement provided. Training available if needed and opportunities for career growth. Location: Los Angeles, CA.
Required Qualifications
- RBT certification or ability to obtain
- In-home ABA experience preferred
- ability to travel to clients' homes
- excellent data collection and documentation
- communication and training skills
- BCBA supervision under licensed behavior analyst
