Job Summary
Behavioral Technician in inpatient/outpatient substance use treatment programs provides client safety, daily structure, observation, and recovery support. Responsibilities include supporting recovery-focused group education sessions, monitoring client safety, logging medications, observing self-administration, transporting clients, assisting with new client orientation and documentation, responding to crises, participating in safety drills, and conducting urine drug screenings. Requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred), valid Missouri driver’s license with ability to obtain Missouri Class E within 60 days, and ability to work 32 hours weekly across day/evening shifts. Location: Clinton, Missouri.
Required Qualifications

- Must obtain Missouri Class E driver’s license within 60 days of hire
