Behavioral Technician (Burlington County, NJ) - $300 Sign-on Bonus

Behavioral Technician provides non-physical, emotional, and behavioral support to children with developmental and intellectual disabilities in-home, in-community, and in-center. Providers typically work 5–20 hours per week, with 2–4 hour shifts primarily scheduled in the evenings. Services are hands-off, emotionally supportive, and designed to promote client alertness, engagement, and emotional well-being. Responsibilities include implementing strategies in each child’s Individual Support Plan, conducting functional assessments including Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), using redirection strategies to manage behavioral concerns, submitting visit notes promptly, responding to crises with de-escalation and safety strategies, engaging clients in interest-based activities, attending case reviews and trainings, and following agency protocols. Requires NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months and pursuit of RBT certification within 6 months, valid NJ driver’s license, ability to pass background checks, and willingness to obtain required certifications.
