Behavioral Technician (BT)

Conduct one-on-one behavioral therapy with children in their homes or community settings, focusing on building communication, social, and daily living skills through play and routine-based activities. Implement personalized therapy goals developed by Clinical Partners while utilizing positive reinforcement strategies to support emotional regulation and independence. Collaborate directly with families to share progress and track session notes, ensuring observations and ideas are integrated into care. This role requires living nearby with reliable transportation and involves a full-time schedule with real flexibility in working hours. You will receive comprehensive training to become a certified Behavior Technician.
