Job Summary
Provide non-physical, emotional, and behavioral support to children and families in-home, in-community, and in-center. Roles include implementing strategies from Individual Support Plans, conducting ADLs, using redirection, submitting notes, responding to crises with de-escalation, engaging clients in activities, attending case reviews and trainings, and adhering to agency protocols. Availability includes evenings with 5–20 hours weekly; sign-on bonus of $300 for new employees.
Required Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must complete the NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months of hire
- Must be working towards receiving their Registered Behavioral Technician Certification within 6 months of hire
- Valid New Jersey Driver’s License
- Must pass state and federal background checks
- Pre-employment drug screen required
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) encouraged
- Experience requirements tied to NJ guidelines for RBT/BS degree/HS diploma
