Job Summary
Behavior Technician support in Ivy Rehab Network’s ABA program. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions while helping children and families learn new skills. You’ll support clinicians, communicate professionally with teammates, families, and patients, and contribute to a rewarding work environment that emphasizes growth, inclusion, and high-quality patient care. The role emphasizes collaboration within a multidisciplinary team across physical, occupational, speech, and ABA therapy services, with opportunities for mentorship, career development, and pathways through residency programs and leadership development. Required Qualifications
- Suggested 1 year experience in a therapy facility or related field
- Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience and/or training is preferred
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or the desire to obtain certification through additional training and supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with changes in workload
- Self-motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations
