Job Summary
Conduct daily upkeep of the facility, including laundry, simple cleaning, perimeter checks, and camera monitoring. Document incidents, maintain logs of occurrences and maintenance requests, and reconcile monetary funds daily. Actively listen to residents, coordinate special needs with management, and report concerns to leadership. Handle security issues by contacting appropriate dispatch or emergency services. Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to the Staff Code of Conduct and Switchpoint's mission to end homelessness.
Required Qualifications
- Graves (11 pm - 7 am) - weekends required
- Part-Time Position
- Experience in working with those who struggle with mental health and homelessness
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to de-escalate
- May be required to lift up to 50lbs periodically as needed
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check
