Behavioral Support Worker (PCW)

Establish a secure, positive environment while overseeing residents and assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and oral hygiene. Perform light housekeeping duties including food preparation and transport clients to activities and medical appointments. De-escalate challenging behaviors and reinforce positive communication skills to help individuals develop emotional regulation and daily routines. You must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid US driver's license, and pass a background check. We provide paid training and ongoing support from RNs and managers.
