Job Summary
Behavioral Support Specialist Team Lead oversees a team of TBS Specialists, provides supervision and mentorship, manages a client caseload at 30% productivity, connects clients with community resources, ensures adherence to treatment/behavior plans, maintains required documentation, and collaborates with therapy/psychiatric services. Requires relevant degree (Bachelor's in Social Work or related field preferred), experience in community-based case management, and managerial experience preferred. Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within the service area (to Lima, Rockford, Paulding, and Hicksville). Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field preferred
- Experience in community-based case management
