Job Summary

Conduct behavioral support services for adults with intellectual disabilities and autism, implementing interventions and collecting data while adhering to ODP standards. Mentor direct support professionals and caregivers in behavioral strategies, ensuring person-centered service delivery and accurate documentation. Manage crisis situations with swift responses and prioritize scheduling of sessions. Maintain effective communication with families, DSPs, and supervisors while demonstrating dependability and confidentiality. Complete state police checks and possess technical knowledge of behavioral support standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, education, ABA, human services, counseling or related field
  • A vehicle
  • A driver's license
  • Experience with dealing with ISPs
  • Technical knowledge by understanding of the ODP behavioral support standards and interventions
  • Amazing communication skills with families, DSPs, and supervisors
