Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community-based locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Act as an integral member of the clinical team with direct implementation of skill-building and care plans, record session data using electronic devices, foster a positive learning environment for clients, and engage with families. Roles begin part-time with a minimum 6-month commitment; opportunities for paid training, professional advancement, and referral bonuses. Requires RBT certification before working; experience or interest in autism, education, childcare, or related behavioral health fields is preferred. Services focus on children with Autism; flexibility to adapt to home and community settings and collaborate with the clinical team. Great fit if you have experience in education, childcare, after-school programs, or allied health support; no experience required for paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RBT certification is required before working
