Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans, and recording session data accurately. Work on a flexible, part-time schedule with opportunities for professional advancement and internships/fellowships to accrue supervised hours in ABA. The role emphasizes autonomy in case selection, a supportive clinical environment, and pathways for growth within the ABA field.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- ability to provide one-on-one ABA services
- data collection and recording session data using electronic devices
- flexibility for part-time schedules
- commitment to 6 months minimum
- clinical teamwork experience or willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
