Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans while recording session data accurately via electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families, delivering services in homes or community-based locations. All positions start part-time with a 6-month commitment requirement, though paid training is provided for candidates without prior experience. Candidates must hold RBT certification and demonstrate patience and compassion when working with children with Autism.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RBT certification
- Willingness to make a 6-month commitment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Education or early childhood development
- Experience in Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
- Experience as a Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide
- Experience in After-school programs or camp counseling
- Experience in Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
- Passion for making a difference for children with Autism
