Job Summary
Provide security and supervision of correctional clients at a Residential Treatment Center; monitor clients' whereabouts and behavior, maintain daily logs and incident reports, conduct facility checks, and assign activities including chores and urinalysis/breathalyzer testing. Supervise meal preparation and household chores to foster responsibility and accountability. Weekend shifts available (4 PM–12 AM and 12 AM–8 AM). Must be at least 21, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and have one year of related experience. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, and capability to work independently are required.
