Job Summary
As a BCBA Intern, join Action Behavior Centers and contribute to early intervention therapy for children with autism. You will supervise as part of a team, collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for 18-month to 8-year-old clients, collaborate with BCBA supervisors, allocate weekly time to BDS modules, and prepare to sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining. The role supports ongoing fieldwork hours toward BCBA certification, with pathways including supervision-time benefits, a pass bonus upon exam success, and a comprehensive benefits package. This position emphasizes hands-on clinical work in a center-based setting while pursuing master’s-level coursework and applicable master’s program enrollment.
Required Qualifications
- BT or RBT accruing supervision hours
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program
- Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
- Shaping minds of kiddos ages 18 months to 8 years
- Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborating with BCBA’s and team
- Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team
