Job Summary
Provide clients with guidance on basic living skills tailored to individual treatment plans. Serve as a support system for Group Leaders in behavioral management and service provision. Accurately document all client activities per policy and send daily end-of-shift reports to Treatment Teams. Supervise and monitor clients regarding safety while ensuring consistent, equitable behavior management. This role supports adjudicated and DHR youth in a residential setting, requiring a Bachelor's degree in Human Services and adherence to a Monday-Friday schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services Field, i.e. Psychology or Social Work
- Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Drug Free
- Must be 21
- Willingness to work 8 hour shifts
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Sociology
- English (Required)
