Job Summary
Provide clients with guidance and instruction in basic living skills tailored to individual needs. Serve as a support system for Group Leaders regarding behavioral management and service provision. Deliver direct supervision and management of client behavior in a consistent, equitable manner while monitoring safety per policy. Accurately document all client activities and send daily end-of-shift progress reports as a member of Treatment Teams. Work 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday with a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, or Social Work.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services Field, i.e. Psychology or Social Work
- Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Drug Free
- Must be 21
- Willingness to work 8 hour shifts
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Sociology
- English (Required)
