Job Summary
Provide interventions focusing on problem solving, behavior modeling, optimism, and encouragement to clients with severe mental illness. Assist the team in ongoing assessments of client symptoms and responses to staff interventions while supporting recovery goals and rehabilitation practices. Ensure services are culturally competent, strengths-based, and inclusive of client preferences. Provide assistance with transportation to work sites, daily activities, and appointments, and administer prescribed medications as needed. Work Sunday, Monday, and Friday from 11pm to 7am at an hourly rate of $21.50.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice or related field
- Experience working with adults with mental illness
- Valid Massachusetts drivers license
- Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Friday, 11pm-7am
