Job Summary
Conduct problem-solving interventions and model behaviors for adults with severe mental illness, while assisting the team in ongoing symptom assessments and response tracking. Support clients in rehabilitation goal development and provide culturally competent, strengths-based assistance with transportation to work sites, daily activities, and appointments. Administer prescribed medications as needed and ensure all services align with client preferences and recovery-focused practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice or related field
- Experience working with adults with mental illness
- Valid Massachusetts drivers license
- MAP certification
