Job Summary
Provide interventions to clients focusing on problem solving, behavior modeling, optimism, and encouragement. Assist the team in ongoing assessments of client symptoms and responses to staff interventions. Support clients in recovery and rehabilitation by developing individualized goals. Ensure services are culturally competent, strengths-based, and inclusive of client preferences. Provide assistance with transportation to work sites, daily activities, and appointments. Deliver these person-centered, evidence-based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness within residential or community-based settings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Experience working with adults with mental illness
- Valid Massachusetts drivers license
- Sunday 1pm-9pm, Monday, 7am-3pm, Friday 3pm-11pm, Saturday 3pm-11pm (40 hrs)
