Job Summary
Conduct problem-solving interventions, model behavior, and provide encouragement to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Assist the team in ongoing assessments of client symptoms and responses to staff interventions while supporting clients in developing recovery goals. Ensure services are culturally competent, strengths-based, and inclusive of client preferences. Provide assistance related to transportation to work sites, daily activities, and appointments. Work Tuesday through Saturday and Sunday/Thursday shifts, 3pm to 11pm. Hourly rate is $20.50.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Experience working with adults with mental illness
- Valid Massachusetts drivers license
