Job Summary
Provide interventions to clients focusing on problem solving, behavior modeling, optimism, and encouragement. Assist the team in conducting ongoing assessments of client symptoms and responses to staff interventions. Support clients in developing recovery and rehabilitation goals while ensuring services are culturally competent, strengths-based, and inclusive of client preferences. Provide assistance with transportation to work sites, daily activities, and appointments. Schedule Sunday 1p-9pm and Monday through Thursday 7a-3p. Hourly rate $20.50.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Experience working with adults with mental illness
- Valid Massachusetts drivers license
- Sunday 1p-9pm, Monday - Thursday 7a-3p
