Behavioral Respite Program Manager

Job Summary
Oversee daily operations, staffing, and service delivery for the Behavioral Respite Program while supervising Behavioral Respite Professionals and managing a caseload. Ensure 90% of services are provided, conduct utilization reviews, and maintain HIPAA compliance and ethical data collection. Liaise with Regional Center partners, contribute to office growth, and actively participate in hiring and promotion processes. Provide additional training to staff as needed and ensure the branch remains fully staffed. Submit Special Incident Reports and progress reports to the VP of Clinical Care. Drive throughout service territories as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, education, or another related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in a management position in a human service related field
- Minimum 2 years experience providing staff training, supervision, and planning
- Expertise in the coordination of intensive services both in a clinic and community setting
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Familiarity with principles of family-centered, strengths-based services
- Comfortable in diverse home environments and culturally responsive
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Driving may be required throughout territories we services
