Behavioral Research Specialist

Behavioral Research Specialist supports the development and implementation of behavioral research studies across lab, online, and field settings, with a primary focus on building, testing, and deploying studies in Qualtrics while supporting high-quality research implementation and participant experience. Responsibilities include survey and experiment development using Qualtrics (advanced features like randomization, loop and merge, embedded data, display logic, integrations), study setup and protocol implementation, quality review of instruments, coordinating with internal partners and recruitment platforms, maintaining research documentation, IRB compliance, and BeLab operations. The role involves recruiting and engaging a diverse participant pool, coordinating payments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day lab operations. Hybrid work arrangement is noted with onsite requirements (minimum three days per week) at the Boston, MA campus. Required qualifications include a high school diploma/ GED or equivalent and 5+ years of related experience, with preferred educational paths including a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in behavioral or related social sciences.
