Job Summary
Implement treatment plans for skill acquisition and behavior reduction under BCBA supervision while collecting daily data and overseeing student behavior plans. Collaborate with teams to modify accommodations, differentiate instruction using the MTSS framework, and guide students toward curriculum standards. Support academic and behavioral progress through direct supervision, toileting assistance, and open communication with parents and colleagues. Maintain professional competence via district-funded RBT training and attend faculty meetings. This full-time role within Pentucket Regional School District promotes equity for students with special needs, 504 plans, and English Learners.
