Behavioral Paraeducator

Behavioral Paraeducator providing direct implementation of treatment plans and behavior-analytic services under BCBA supervision. Responsibilities include data collection across skills and behaviors, implementing and overseeing behavior plans, differentiating instruction within MTSS, collaborating with team to determine accommodations and assessments, supporting students in an academic environment, promoting skill generalization, toileting assistance as needed, maintaining open communication with students, colleagues, and parents, and participating in professional development to maintain competency and alignment with district policies and objectives. Emphasis on equity, diversity, and supportive learning environments for students with special needs.
