Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients\' homes or community-based locations, implementing skill-building and care plans as part of a clinical team. Accurately record session data using electronic devices, foster a positive learning environment, and collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Paid training is provided and no prior experience is required; start as part-time with opportunities for growth. Suitable for individuals pursuing education or related fields and looking to gain experience in ABA and behavior analysis for children with autism.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn
- Patience and compassion
- Reliable transportation
- Must take 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
- Minimum 6 month commitment
