Job Summary
Coordinate behavioral health, mental health, and disability services for children and families in Head Start and Early Head Start programs; ensure disability enrollment requirements and IEP/IFSP compliance; facilitate referrals with local school districts, consultants, and community agencies; monitor and support IEPs/IFSPs and intervention plans; provide training and resources to staff and families; advocate for children and families.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Social Work, Behavioral Health, or related field
- Minimum two years' related experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and case management skills
- Must pass drug screen and background check
- Valid Ohio driver’s license, current vehicle insurance, and privately-owned vehicle during working hours
